Task 1: Reflection

In our whole life as students, teachers have asked us to do numerous reflections; but the thing is that they have never explained to us what a reflection exactly consists of.

After Linda's class, we realized that reflecting is not only about telling what happened, but it is also useful for being aware of our failures. Therefore, it allows us to make changes in our ways of acting in order to obtain more successful consequences in our decisions.

Furthermore, we consider this class as a crucial one, not only as students, but also as future teachers.

We would also like to highlight the similarity of this task with Dale's Pyramid, since the more involved and active you are in your learning, the better and for longer you will remember and master the content.

Moreover, in our last day's reflection, it was also paramount the fact that we shared our reflections with our peers. If we just focus on our own ideas, we will never realize that there are "other colours in the world". This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know our mistakes and others' perspectives.

Finally, we can conclude that Education has never been considered one of the most important degrees, as we have seen in other subjects, such us History of Education. However, it is impossible to deny that it is important for every human being so as to develop as a person. That is why activities, such as learning how to write a great reflection, can be considered vital for our daily life.
