Task 1: Story

Last Monday's School Organization and Educational Resources class was planned to start with the explanation of task 2. However, the teacher considered, after checking our self-regulation questionnaires, that it was so important to teach us how to make a wonderful reflection. This was mainly because we are sometimes asked to do something, but we do not actually know how to carry it out in an appropriate way.

After Linda’s explanation, we were able to differentiate three types of reflections: a descriptive, a dialogic and a critic reflection.

The following activity we had to do was thinking about a personal experience related to teaching somebody. Later, we were asked to write a reflection about it. Furthermore, our teacher collected the pieces of paper and gave them to other people so that we could assess somebody else’s task. Once a score was assigned, personal reflections were given back to their owners so that we could realize our mistakes and get to know what others believed of our work.
